Fashion Design
SOA provides high school students the opportunity to major in Fashion Design. In the Fashion Design major, students learn the foundations of design in this multidisciplinary major that includes building costumes for SOA’s musicals, figure drawing, garment construction, couture sewing, 3D fabric draping, working with flat pattern design, fashion sales/marketing, exploring the costume and fashion design industries as well as planning and producing a huge annual fashion show and concluding with creating a digital portfolio of their work.
