ALL STUDENTS (MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL) will need:

  • A plain (no writing, no logos, no artwork, yes, just PLAIN) white or gray t-shirt. (shirts turned inside out are unacceptable)
  • An SOA t-shirt (any color) is allowed for PE class.
  • *High School students will need a pair of blue or black athletic shorts that meet dress code standards.
  • *Middle School students can wear shorts of any color and must be within dress code standards.
  • * Acceptable: capris, sweatpants, yoga pants. *Unacceptable:cargo shorts, jeans shorts
    • It is highly recommended that students wear compression shorts under their athletic shorts due to the nature of all of the movement we will be doing in class.

  • Students are required to wear socks and athletic shoes that lace up, and have good ankle and arch support. (not canvas shoes like Converse, Vans, or skater shoes)

  • Students are expected to change out of their PE clothes at the end of class.
  • Click the "Useful Links" tab in the upper left corner to view the course syllabus, expectations in detail, study guides, and calendars that you will need throughout your semester(s) of Physical Education class.
